How do existing pupils respond to new pupils at Sixth Form?

Oundelians are very used to welcoming new peers at Sixth Form entry – it is part of the overall House dynamic. In fact, the arrival of new pupils is often seen as refreshing, bringing new perspectives and energy to the year group. Pupils themselves take an active role in helping new pupils to settle in, and the culture of the Houses means this is part of the shared expectation.
