The Third Form is a pivotal year in which pupils begin to flourish as independent learners. Oundle’s broad and carefully balanced curriculum is designed to spark intellectual curiosity and lay the foundations for future academic success. Pupils study core subjects including Mathematics, English, the Humanities and Sciences, alongside Classical and Modern Languages. They also explore a wide range of creative and practical disciplines such as Art, Computing, DET (Design, Engineering and Technology), Drama, Music and Physical Education. All subjects are studied throughout the year, giving pupils a strong base for selecting their (I)GCSE options.
