The breadth of subjects on offer at Oundle is one of the things that excites both pupils and teachers. From the moment they join, we aim to give pupils the chance to explore a wide range of disciplines — helping them discover their interests and build a strong foundation for future study.
Our curriculum is carefully designed to offer a cohesive academic journey, right through to A level. We focus not just on content, but on developing conceptual understanding and transferable skills.
We currently offer eight timetabled languages, 24 GCSE options and 29 A level subjects — ranging from the traditional to the more specialised. This breadth means pupils can shape an academic pathway that suits them, while being supported by expert teaching and a culture that values thinking deeply and asking good questions.
