What is the academic focus for pupils in Year 7 and 8?

Our First and Second Form years (Years 7 and 8) are designed to spark intellectual curiosity, build confidence and establish positive learning habits. These are formative years, where we focus on shaping academic potential without the pressure of external exams. Pupils are taught by specialist subject teachers, many of whom also teach at I/GCSE and A level, ensuring depth and mastery from the outset.
